frequently asked questions
HOW DO I GET THE MOST OUT OF MY CANDLE?
-
Your first burn should last 3-4 hours, or until the melt pool has reached the edge of the jar. This is to ensure an even burn throughout the candle's life.
-
Before each burn, make sure to trim your wick to 1/4 inch, which will allow the safest and most efficient burn.
-
It is recommended not to burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
WHEN DO I STOP BURNING MY CANDLE?
Stop burning when there is about 1/4 of an inch of wax in the jar. Remove the wax and wick from the jar, and repurpose it however you'd like!
HOW DO I REPURPOSE MY CANDLE VESSEL?
-
Heat up the remaining wax in your vessel with a hairdryer or heat gun.
-
Pour out the excess wax into another container & let solidify. Once solid - throw it away!
-
Wipe down your jar with rubbing alcohol.
-
Remove the wick clip.
-
